I am a skilled and talented designer specializing in UI/UX Design and fluent in many other graphic design disciplines. I am also a passionate and creative fine arts photographer that has produced some amazing and award winning works seen in gallery exhibitions. My journey began years ago in high school upon taking my first graphic design class and discovering a passion for design, which then continued to flourish during my college career as I pursued a degree in arts and sought to gain more knowledge and develop my skills further in the world of design. Through out my college career I had taken up many courses that offered knowledge in many graphic design and fine arts disciplines and learned many important skills and fundamentals, that I used to produce some impressive projects ranging from publications, packaging, advertisement, photography exhibitions, etc., all of which can be seen in my portfolio. My UI/UX projects however have been some of the most impressive and ambitious graphic projects I have ever accomplished. UI/UX has been something I've been passionate about, probably the most out of the other graphic design disciplines I've studied, for the past two years after being introduced to it by one of my design professors who specializes in it, and I have had the honor of working closely with him in both classes and independent studies to further develop my skills and knowledge of UI/UX and apply all prior knowledge of design fundamentals and practices to it. In doing so I have worked on and completed UI projects for volunteer apps, social media, automotive vehicles, and most recently a game console interface that greatly impressed even my professor.
When it comes to my photography work, my portfolio shows just how talented of a photographer I truly am, and showcases many photo projects that I've done from product photography, portrait, film, alternative, etc. As an artist, I enjoy expressing my creativeness through the medium of photography, and exhibiting my fine art photography work to the world to convey a message or idea, and to provoke emotional reactions and make the viewer think critically. I have pursued photography for four years now and developed a great passion for it and the work that I do. Picking up the camera and allowing my creative imagination to take control is the best feeling in the world for me, and seeing the reactions to my work makes me proud of what I do. I have exhibited some of my best artworks in galleries and won awards for many of them, my most recent being a 1st place award "Best In Show' for my series titled "Emotional Abuse". My artwork is a window into my creative mind and photography will always be one of my biggest passions in life. After five and a half years of college I now hold a Bachelor of Arts in graphic design with a minor in fine arts, specializing in UI/UX design and fine arts photography.
